To help us expand our reach and showcase our impact, we're looking for a
Content & Social Media Manager
to lead our content strategy, scriptwriting, and social media presence.

You must be someone who can confidently:

  • Generate
    engaging content ideas and themes aligned with Boostkamp's brand and goals.
  • Write
    short-form video scripts, carousels, and post captions that are smart, practical, and easy to connect with.
  • Create
    a monthly content calendar and manage posting across multiple social channels.
  • Collaborate
    closely with our video editor and marketing team to bring your ideas to life.
  • Track
    engagement and improve performance based on data and insights.
  • Communicate
    fluently in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    (many of our contents are bilingual).

Show us your expertise:

  • Your application will only be considered if your resume contain a link to your video editing portfolio.
  • To demonstrate your skills, you will be asked to complete a short
    content planning and scriptwriting test.

skilled Content & Social Media Manager
, you:

  • Have solid experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in the education, leadership, or business space.
  • Can plan, write, and oversee the execution of engaging, on-brand content.
  • Understand how to turn ideas into clear narratives that drive attention and engagement.
  • Can work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with creative teammates.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and know how to adapt them to a professional brand like Boostkamp.
  • Have a strong eye for storytelling and presentation. You care not just about what's said, but
    how
    it's said.
