About the role

Tjendana Corporation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious restaurant in the heart of Bali. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving the overall strategic direction of the restaurant to achieve our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Manage and lead a team of servers, chefs, and other front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine the menu, ensuring consistency and high-quality dining experiences
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staffing
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
