Tugas Utama:

  1. Hubungan Karyawan dan Manajemen: Mendesign systematika hubungan kerja yang harmonis antara karyawan, manajemen, dan serikat pekerja melalui program komunikasi yang efektif, program penanganan keluhan, dan mediasi konflik.
  2. Kepatuhan dan Kebijakan: Memastikan semua kebijakan perusahaan dan peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan dipatuhi, dipantau dan diperbarui sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.
  3. Review berkala Peraturan Perusahaan: Memastikan Peraturan Perusahaan yang bukan hanya menguntungkan kedua belah pihak baik perusahaan maupun karyawan tapi juga selaras dengan tujuan bisnis group.
  4. Penyelesaian Perselisihan: Mengelola dan menyelesaikan perselisihan tenaga kerja, baik yang melibatkan serikat pekerja, karyawan, maupun instansi pemerintah dengan baik.
  5. Konsultasi dan Strategi: Melakukan analisis strategis dan memberikan masukan kepada manajemen mengenai isu-isu hubungan industrial, tren ketenagakerjaan, dan dampak potensialnya terhadap organisasi.
  6. Tata Kelola Kinerja: Mengawasi dan menangani proses disipliner dan prosedur keluhan karyawan sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan hukum yang berlaku.
  7. Melakukan investigasi terhadap isu-isu di Kantor Pusat dan Corporate dan memberikan rekomendasi solusi untuk meningkatkan hubungan kerja.
  8. Pelaporan: Menganalisis dan melaporkan metrik hubungan industrial seperti tingkat absensi dan penyelesaian sengketa, serta menjaga catatan detail semua aktivitas hubungan industrial.
  9. Keterlibatan Karyawan (Employee Engagement) : Merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi program-program employee engagement untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan loyalitas.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang hubungan industrial
  • Memahami regulasi ketenagakerjaan Indonesia.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di area operasional
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan mobilitas yang tinggi
