About the Role

Own
growth and activation
across our residential clusters. You'll design and run
quick, measurable campaigns
, build
onboarding playbooks
, and turn first-time users into repeat customers—working closely with Product/Tech, Merchant Ops, and Community leads.

Main Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Experiments

  • Plan and execute experiments (WA/PN broadcasts, coupons, on-ground mini events, flyer drops, group-buy pushes).
  • Write clear briefs (goal, audience, channel, duration, budget/burn, expected lift) and drive execution end-to-end.
  • Track results with a simple scorecard metrics.

Lifecycle & Activation

  • Build
    onboarding playbooks
  • Explore and improve
    habit formation
    for commercial categories.
  • Diagnose drop-offs and choose the right levers as solutions to work on.

Ops Collab & Reporting

  • Keep a lightweight
    growth calendar
    , weekly recap (what we tried, what worked, what's next).
  • Coordinate with Merchant Ops & Finance on campaign mechanics
  • Coordinate with tech / product for online initiatives support.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years in
    growth/marketing/community ops/e-commerce
    , or strong fresh grad with portfolio of projects.
  • Google Sheets
    fluent; comfort with data and simple funnels.
    Basic SQL
    is a plus.
  • Strong
    Bahasa
    copy for WA/PN and field activation
  • Comfortable meeting users and do offline events.
  • High ownership, bias to action, detail-oriented, and integrity (we work closely with communities).
  • Nice to have: Canva/Figma, WhatsApp broadcast tooling
