Kami mencari Guest Experience Coordinator yang ramah, profesional, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan untuk mengelola komunikasi dan pengalaman tamu di beberapa vila yang kami kelola di Bali.

Anda akan menjadi penghubung utama antara tamu dan tim operasional untuk memastikan seluruh proses — mulai dari pemesanan hingga check-out — berjalan sempurna.

Tanggung Jawab :
  • Menjawab pesan tamu melalui Airbnb dan platform lainnya dengan cepat dan sopan
  • Memberikan informasi tentang vila, fasilitas, harga, dan ketersediaan
  • Mengatur kebutuhan tamu sebelum kedatangan (airport pick-up, permintaan khusus, dll.)
  • berkoordinasi dengan tim internal: housekeepers, maintenance, dan villa staff
  • Menangani komplain dan memberikan solusi dengan cara profesional
  • Memastikan pengalaman tamu selalu positif dan sesuai standar perusahaan
Kualifikasi :
  • Pengalaman 1 tahun di hospitality, customer service, atau villa management
  • Fasih Bahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan
  • Terbiasa menggunakan Airbnb, , WhatsApp Business, dan alat komunikasi lainnya
  • Mampu multitasking, komunikatif, dan responsif
  • Sikap ramah, proaktif, dan perhatian terhadap detail
  • Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan dan fleksibel dengan jadwal kerja
