What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns and other tax-related documentation in a timely manner
  • Preparing tax payment and reporting WHT article 21, 23, 4 (2), and final Income Tax (PPh) for the construction services
  • Reconcile taxes between WHT with general ledger every month
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure our tax planning and compliance strategies are up-to-date and effective
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external tax authorities to address any tax-related inquiries or issues
  • Assist in the implementation of new tax policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Participate in the preparation of financial reports and provide tax-related insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively identify opportunities for tax savings or improvements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum have a year in job related experiences
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia taxation regulations and treatments
  • Able to manage large datasets in Microsoft Excel with various functions and formulas
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address tax-related issues
  • Proficient in the use of tax preparation software and other relevant technology tools
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
