Job Deskripsi:

  1. Memetakan, menyusun dan mengidentifikasi seluruh proses bisnis perusahaan dari hulu ke hilir semua dan/atau lintas departemen

  2. Membuat rekomendasi perbaikan sistem kerja berbasis mutu, data dan analisis risiko.

  3. Mendesain dan menerapkan Quality Management System yang relevan dengan lintas departemen (action plan, anggaran dan pelatihan)

  4. Menyusun dan mengawasi secara berkala implementasi SOP, IK (Instruksi Kerja), Dokumen Kontrol di seluruh departemen.

  5. Melakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi efektivitas penerapan SOP

  6. Merancang dan menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000/BPJPH), HACCP, SSOP dan standar mutu lainnya)

  7. Mengembangkan sistem CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)

  8. Melakukan audit internal sesuai dengan ISO dan SOP secara berkala

  9. Menginisiasi sistem Process Improvement Project dengan indikator efisiensi

  10. Mengintegrasikan sistem mutu dengan budaya perusahaan dan KPI

  11. Membuat laporan dan analisis data mutu bulanan terkait temuan audit dan perbaikan berkelanjutan ke direksi
