About Us

Rintisan Group builds integrated technology for Indonesia's MSME ecosystem. Our platforms span payment systems, franchise ERP, POS software, and business automation. We are rapidly expanding our AI capabilities—especially within operational automation, fraud detection, customer support automation, and data intelligence.

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong interest or experience in AI-driven automation, building scalable services, and integrating LLM-powered functions into real products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using / Python / Go (choose stack depending on your preference).
  • Build and optimize automation pipelines integrating AI agents, LLM APIs, and internal business logic.
  • Implement secure data handling, logging, and monitoring for automation tasks.
  • Integrate AI-driven modules into existing Rintisan platforms (billing, POS, ERP).
  • Build APIs for internal operations (customer support automation, document processing, fraud detection, communication bots).
  • Develop event-based workers/queues to handle large-scale background tasks.
  • Optimize system performance for high-throughput API calls.
  • Work with the product team to translate automation ideas into stable, production-ready features.
  • Document backend architecture, flows, and automation logic.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development / Python / Go preferred).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and background job systems (e.g., BullMQ, Celery, RabbitMQ).
  • Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Logical and structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Interest in automation: internal tools, bots, RPA-style flows, or process optimization.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-structured code.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
