Company Description
PT Rejeki Tujuh Alam, operating under the brand Madu Uray, is a leading Indonesian natural honey and wellness brand established in 2005. Our products are distributed nationwide through modern trade, general trade, pharmacies, online marketplaces, and food service partners.

We are building a strong content-driven brand, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and are looking for a hands-on creator who lives and breathes short-form video.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Core)

  • Produce 1–2 short-form videos per day for TikTok & Instagram Reels
  • Create content using mobile-first, native platform style
  • Shoot videos in-office, at stores, events, or simple outdoor locations
  • Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, on-screen text, and sound trends

Posting & Optimization

  • Publish content according to daily content plan
  • Write short captions optimized for TikTok & IG
  • Adapt one video into multiple formats if needed
  • Learn from performance and iterate fast

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating TikTok & Instagram Reels content
  • Strong sense of hook, pacing, and storytelling
  • Comfortable appearing on camera OR directing others on camera
  • Can shoot & edit independently using phone + simple tools
  • Edit videos with strong hooks (0–2 sec), captions, on-screen text, and trending sounds
  • Create UGC-style videos specifically for paid ads (TikTok Ads & Meta Ads)
  • Produce multiple variations from one shoot with different hooks, different opening text, different CTAs
  • Follow ad briefs from marketing/ads team (angle, target audience, goal)
  • Able to work on-site (PIK JAKARTA UTARA)
  • Able to use tools like CapCut / VN / Premiere Rush / similar. Basic Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Quickly revise videos based on: Performance feedback (hook drop-off, CTR, watch time), Ads team request (cut shorter, stronger hook, clearer CTA), Understand that ads content is iterative, not "one perfect video
