Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infrastructure Site Manager, located in Bekasi. The Infrastructure Site Manager will oversee and supervise construction sites, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring site safety, managing resources and materials, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The role also involves regular reporting on project progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any on-site challenges.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Technical knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and infrastructure development
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Experience in inspecting and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and relevant construction software
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience in real-estate or large-scale residential projects is a plus
