Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Develop, communicate, and execute the short-term and long-term product vision and roadmap.
  • User Research & Validation: Lead qualitative and quantitative user research to gain deep insights into the needs, pain points, and behaviors of our users (students, teachers, parents).
  • Product Specifications: Translate user needs and business goals into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications.

  • Design Leadership (Hands-on):

  • Actively lead and participate in the UI/UX design process, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

  • Leverage expert-level Figma skills to create, review, and manage design systems and product prototypes.

  • Ensure a high standard of design quality and consistency across all platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between engineering, data analysts, curriculum specialists, and marketing teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.

  • Project Management: Manage product priorities, backlog, and development sprints using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field, such as Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of combined professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer (UI/UX Designer), ideally in a tech-driven company (startup, e-commerce, or edu-tech).
  • Technical Skill (Figma): Expert-level proficiency in Figma for all design needs, from wireframing and interactive prototyping to team collaboration.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of designing and launching digital products and solving complex design problems is mandatory.
  • Experience in building or managing design systems.
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g., how APIs work, front-end/back-end architecture).

  • Other Skills:

  • Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (in both English and Bahasa Indonesia).
