Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage carbon-neutral fuel project initiatives.
  • Oversee renewable energy–related project management activities.
  • Manage project budgeting and cost planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with private sector partners and government entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in
    carbon-neutral fuels
    or renewable energy.
  • Proven track record in project management related to energy projects.
  • Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong networking ability with private sector and government (e.g., Ministry of Energy).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Good understanding of regulations related to carbon-neutral fuels.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
