About the role

Seeking an exceptional Permit Supervisor to join the team. In this full-time position based in Tangerang Banten, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's permitting processes, ensuring seamless compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the acquisition of all necessary permits and licenses required for the company's operations
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of permit applications
  • Experienced in managing the permitting process for AMDAL, UKL-UPL, and PBG, with the ability to coordinate with Ministry of Public Works (PU), the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), and relevant regional government offices
  • Monitor the status of pending permit applications and proactively address any issues or delays
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to the company's permit portfolio
  • Provide guidance and support to relevant departments on permit-related matters
  • Identify and recommend improvements to the company's permit management processes
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a permit management or compliance-related role, preferably within the corporate and commercial law industry
  • Solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards pertaining to permits and licenses
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and internal teams
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
