GA (General Affair) Manager

Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance & Operations:
Manage routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations (e.g., electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, HVAC).
- Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health codes.
- Oversee groundskeeping, pest control, and waste management.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance).
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Asset & Inventory:
Track and manage restaurant assets (furniture, equipment) and supplies.
- Implement systems for inventory control and distribution.
Administrative & Support:
Handle general affairs documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Support smooth daily operations by ensuring all facilities and equipment function correctly.
- Manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
Health, Safety & Security:
Implement and maintain health & safety protocols (fire safety, emergency procedures).
- Ensure security systems and personnel effectively protect the premises.
Job Specification
- Proven experience in facilities management, restaurant operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, mechanical).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and potentially a small team.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area.
- Willing to work on Weekend/Holidays.
