Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible in forecast submission monthly and yearly with main focus on gross margin and BMI
- Do gross margin variance analysis
- Manage and control BMI budgeting and operational
- Prepare strategic actual and forecast performance pack for local and global team
- Responsible for reporting excellence in PC Finance
- Responsible for performance reporting in Oral care and Deodorants
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Having FP&A or P&L forecasting would be benefit
- University degree, preferably on Finance, Accounting, or Management Major.
Skill
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
- Experience with ERP system
- Excellence knowledge on financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance standard
- Strong leadership skill and can become mentor for other team members
- Ability to deal with big number and translate it into insight for various stakeholder
- Capability to adapt in high tension working environment
