Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our property management team. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure all building areas are maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily housekeeping operations, pest control, gondola team (vendor).
- Ensure all public areas, toilets, corridors, and facilities are maintained in excellent condition.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on findings for corrective action.
- Plan and monitor housekeeping schedules, staff assignments, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and evaluate vendor performance based on Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Handle tenant requests and complaints related to cleanliness promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and present projects reports/monthly reports to Building Management & BOD.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and cost-control processes related to housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervisor/coordinator or a related field, preferably in high-rise buildings, hotels, or commercial properties.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, waste segregation, and sustainable housekeeping practices.
- Strong skills in vendor supervision, team management, task coordination.
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
- Willing to participate in an offline (face-to-face) recruitment process.
- Willing to work Monday–Saturday and be on duty during weekends if urgent work is required.
- Able to join immediately will be a plus.
