About Our Client:

Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Formwork Instructor with solid hands-on experience in formwork and scaffolding to support our client's on-site projects. You will be responsible for training contractor and subcontractor teams, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards, and providing operational support to deliver quality outcomes on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training on proper working procedures, method statements, and engineering drawings
• Assist in the setup of formwork and scaffolding, and train teams on safety protocols according to regulations.
• Participate in site meetings with clients and monitor site progress.
• Ensure correct and safe usage of materials on-site and follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Solve technical issues and coordinate with the technical department when needed.
• Create site reports and support clients with site housekeeping to minimize damages and maximize performance.
• Ensure all necessary working documents are present and up-to-date on-site and coordinate material deliveries with the logistics department.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical expertise.
• Certified Inspector with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in the field.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and structured work approach.
• Able to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
