Part Timer Senior Researcher (PSR)

Responsibilities

  • Hearing and understanding client needs
  • Developing proposal, research design, methodology, instruments, etc.
  • Conducting data analysis and preparing materials for report and presentation
  • In cooperation with related team, to do a presentation to client
  • Developing ideas and innovation for better research approaches

Requirement

  • Open mind and target oriented people
  • Be self starter, full initiative, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Have a good communication skill and enjoy making a contact with various people
  • Preferably with education background of Statisctics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other background with interest in research or survey
  • Familiar with statistical software; SPSS, R, etc. or any programming language is a plus
  • Having a great passion in data analytic and data visualization is plus
  • Be willing to travel to other cities outside Java
  • Experience in research agency is a must, preferably with much exposure in handling multinational companies
  • Familiar with power point and Excel is a must, plus other design application software is an advantage, but not mandatory
