Job Description:

Our client, a leading U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, is renowned for its extensive and innovative product range.

Supervise and optimize lab activities and testing procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

Present and highlight GCP products and applications to consultants and architects, demonstrating their value and benefits.

Tackle and resolve cement-related challenges at batching plants and job sites, providing expert technical guidance and solutions.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers, focusing on key roles such as Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers.

Anticipate and analyze evolving market needs for cement and materials, and proactively prepare for strategic developments.

Lead training sessions on products and cement for commercial teams and customers, enhancing their understanding and application.

Guarantee that both current and new products fulfill customer and project requirements, maintaining high standards of performance.

Job Requirements:

Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.

Bring 3-5 years of experience in the cement industry, with a strong background in concrete technology and field troubleshooting.

Possess a dynamic and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently with a proactive, self-motivated approach and a positive outlook.

Skilled in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fluency in English is a notable plus.
