  • Menyusun rencana, desain, serta jadwal penambangan berdasarkan target produksi, kapasitas alat, kondisi geologi, dan infrastruktur pendukung.
  • Merancang fasilitas pendukung tambang, termasuk area disposal, akses jalan tambang, sump, dan fasilitas teknis lainnya.
  • Menyusun perencanaan pengelolaan air tambang dan program reklamasi dalam horizon jangka menengah hingga panjang (triwulan, tahunan, hingga lima tahunan).
  • Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan penambangan harian untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Melaksanakan meeting mingguan dengan kontraktor untuk membahas evaluasi operasional dan tindak lanjut perbaikan.

  • Melakukan koordinasi rutin dengan tim Engineering di Jakarta dalam proses review dan finalisasi desain tambang.

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan atau Teknik Geologi.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam mine planning di industri pertambangan, lebih disukai batu bara.
  • Menguasai mine design & planning pada tingkat lanjut, termasuk penggunaan software perencanaan tambang.
  • Memiliki pemahaman kuat terkait analisis biaya operasional tambang.
  • Memiliki kemampuan teknis dalam geoteknik dan survey tambang.
  • Memegang sertifikasi POP atau sertifikat kompetensi terkait pertambangan lainnya (menjadi nilai tambah).
