- Menyusun draft laporan keuangan bulanan (L/R, Neraca, Arus Kas) untuk direview oleh atasan.
- Mendukung proses konsolidasi laporan keuangan, termasuk pengumpulan data dari unit bisnis atau entitas terkait.
- Menyusun laporan pendukung dan analisis varians sederhana (selisih aktual vs budget).
- Menyiapkan jurnal penyesuaian dan memastikan pencatatan transaksi sudah akurat dan lengkap.
- Mendukung proses audit internal maupun eksternal dengan menyediakan data dan dokumen pendukung.
- Mendokumentasikan seluruh file reporting secara rapi dan terstruktur untuk kebutuhan review dan audit.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan kelengkapan data sebelum closing bulanan.
- Berkontribusi dalam penyempurnaan laporan, efisiensi proses reporting, dan akurasi data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi.
- Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang reporting atau general accounting.
- Memahami dasar PSAK dan alur penyusunan laporan keuangan.
- Terbiasa melakukan rekonsiliasi akun dan penyusunan jurnal.
- Mampu mengolah data dalam jumlah besar dan membuat analisis dasar.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (pivot, lookup, formula dasar) dan sistem akuntansi (Accurate, SAP, dan sejenisnya).
- Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
- Memiliki integritas, disiplin, dan kemauan belajar yang tinggi.
