Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Customer Relations Division based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer support and service, ensuring effective communication with clients, and building strategies to optimize customer retention. The role involves close collaboration with a dynamic team to provide outstanding service and foster long-term relationships with the clientele.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Retention and strategies to encourage long-term client engagement
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and providing high-quality client experiences
- Proficiency in Communication and relationship-building with diverse customer profiles
- Background in Customer Support and resolving client inquiries or issues efficiently
- Skills in Customer Service, ensuring professionalism and timely response to needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the financial or brokerage industry is an advantage
