JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Membentuk kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap performance perusahaan (toko) dan kualitas barang yang dijual.
  • Merekomendasikan kebutuhan pelanggan dan membantu memilihkan barang yang sesuai dengan apa yg diinginkan konsumen.
  • Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan melayani complain dari pelanggan dengan baik.
  • Menginformasikan kualitas barang sampai dengan cara pengoperasian kepada pelanggan.
  • Melaksanakan standar layanan Sales Assistant dengan baik.
