Kualifikasi:

(1). Laki-laki / Perempuan. (2.) Pendidikan minimal SMK/SMA, diutamakan jurusan Pertanian atau bidang terkait. (3). Memahami produk pertanian (pestisida, benih, atau pupuk) menjadi nilai tambah. (4.) Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Marketing / Sales, khususnya di industri pertanian, sangat diutamakan. (5.) Memiliki kemampuan bekerja dengan target baik untuk kegiatan maupun penjualan. (6.) Bersedia bekerja mobile dan melakukan kunjungan (visit) ke area yang ditentukan. (7). Bersedia meng-cover area kerja yang cukup luas sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. (8). Bersedia dimutasi ke kota lain dalam satu provinsi bila diperlukan. (9). Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dengan SIM C aktif.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab: (1). Melakukan Kunjungan Rutin - Melakukan visit ke petani dan kios penjualan dengan target minimal 10 aktivitas kunjungan per hari. (2.) Menjaga hubungan baik dengan petani, kios, dan mitra bisnis. (3). Merencanakan dan Menjalankan Aktivitas Lapangan Menyusun rencana serta melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dan edukasi lapangan, meliputi: Demo Plot (Demonstration Plot), Farmer Meeting (FM), ODP (On-the-spot Demonstration Program), Field Trip Distribusi Produk dan Manajemen Stok, membantu mengurai stok produk dari kios ke level petani agar produk tersalurkan dengan optimal. (4). Promosi dan Penjualan Produk - Melakukan promosi aktif terhadap produk pertanian perusahaan kepada petani, kios, dan distributor. Mencapai target penjualan sesuai KPI yang telah ditetapkan.
