Job Descriptions:

  • Manage attendance system: employee entry, data updates, shift setup.
  • Prepare attendance reports, calculate overtime, meal allowance, and daily labor wages.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documents.
  • Organize company events and support training programs.
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for trips and guests.
  • Coordinate announcements and LinkedIn updates.
  • Manage HR administration: employee data, BPJS, recruitment, onboarding.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
  • Archive HR documents, maintain HR databases, and prepare reports.
  • Handle internal HR communication and other tasks from Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Management, Law, Communication or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates, are welcome to apply.
  • Basic English proficiency in both writing and verbal
  • Preferred having basic computer skills
  • Experience in HR administration is a plus.
  • Good personal skills such as communication, teamwork, self-motivation, proactive, and attention to detail, highly numerate, analytical, accuracy & tight deadline
  • An ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a busy environment
  • An ability to do multitask, problem solving, fast learner and keep confidentiality
