Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memimpin implementasi inisiatif strategis dari transformasi bisnis Retail Banking Bank SMBC Indonesia.
  • Merancang dan mengelola strategi manajemen perubahan sehubungan dengan transformasi bisnis Retail Banking.
  • Mengelola pengembangan strategi kerja sama, kolaborasi serta kemitraan utamanya dengan SMBC group dan Japanese ecosystem.
  • Memastikan pencapaian target bisnis dan operasional divisi selaras dengan tujuan strategis bank.

Persyaratan:

  • S1 atau S2 dari berbagai jurusan, diutamakan dari disiplin administrasi bisnis yang relevan.
  • Memiliki 15 tahun pengalaman kerja di posisi terkait, terutama di industri perbankan atau jasa keuangan.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan Perbankan di luar negeri yaitu produk dan layanan, operasi, teknologi, kompetisi, persyaratan peraturan negara.
  • Memahami dan dapat melakukan perbaikan pengembangan Kerjasama bisnis dan membuat perencanaan bisnis baru.
  • Pengalaman yang terbukti dalam melakukan analisis bisnis, meminta, memahami, serta memverifikasi persyaratan bisnis.
  • Pengalaman yang luas terhadap perencanaan strategi dan prioritas permintaan untuk mendukung organisasi.
  • Fasih berbicara Bahasa Jepang dan Inggris.

Job Purpose:

  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives for the transformation of Bank SMBC Indonesia's Retail Banking Business.
  • Develop and oversee change management strategies related to the transformation of the Retail Banking Business.
  • Manage the development of cooperation strategies, collaborations and partnerships, with particular emphasis on the SMBC group and the Japanese ecosystem.
  • Ensuring the achievement of divisional business and operational targets is aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master degree in any major preferably relevant business administration discipline.
  • At least 15 years working experiences in a related position preferably in banking industry or financial services.
  • Has abroad Banking knowledge i.e. products and services, operations, technology, competitions, country's regulatory requirements.
  • Understand and able to develop Business partnership and planning of new business.
  • Proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting, understanding, and verifying business requirements.
  • Extensive experience of strategy planning and prioritization of demand to support the organization.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English language.
