Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and launch of innovative beauty products from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional & global teams to ensure timely product development and successful launches.
  • Ensure all product development aligns with brand goals and customer's perspective
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze data to drive product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Stay updated on global skincare and makeup trends, as well as local beauty market demands.
  • Ensure all product development aligns with brand goals and customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience in Beauty Product Development or/and Market Research that specifically handle beauty client.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong understanding of skincare and makeup ingredients and beauty industry trends (locally and globally).
  • Experience leading product development and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in market research and data analysis to guide product development.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and launch successful beauty products.
