. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with sharp critical thinking and analytical depth to lead end-to-end product execution and align business intent with engineering delivery.
Work Setup:
- Position
: Full-Time - Location
: Mayapada Tower 1, Jakarta - Working Days
: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Define requirements and translate business needs into clear product roadmap priorities
- Break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering
- Manage day-to-day product development and ensure measurable, on-time delivery
- Evaluate trade-offs, validate assumptions with data, and communicate decisions clearly
- Drive structured documentation and cross-team alignment
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management across complex, multi-domain systems
- Demonstrated strength in critical thinking and data-based decision making
- Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving
- Proven record managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
- Proven ability to navigate uncertainty and simplify complexity
- Skilled in translating ambiguity into executable, measurable plans
- Strong documentation and structured communication discipline
