We're looking for
three
part-time
Human Resources Interns
to support our HR initiatives across two key projects:
Tech Recruitment,
Academic Partnership Project,
and
Employer Branding
. These roles are ideal for students who want hands-on experience in recruitment, partnership development, and HR operations in a fast-paced global environment.
Location:
Across Indonesia (preferably based in Greater Jakarta/Jabodetabek)
Arrangement:
Remote (with occasional offline activities, e.g., interviews, university meetings, or local events); part-time (3-4 hours/day)
Period:
1 month (with possible extension)
Project 1: Tech Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Review tech role requirements and hiring priorities
- Publish job postings on relevant platforms
- Screen CVs based on technical and role-fit criteria
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Coordinate interview scheduling with HR
- Track recruitment funnel progress and patterns
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize early-stage hiring
Project 2: Academic Partnership Project
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end partnership with your home university
- Identify relevant stakeholders within the university (faculty, program heads, student organizations, career centers, etc.)
- Initiate outreach and conduct initial engagement with the university
- Define partnership objectives, scope, and collaboration model aligned with company needs
- Develop partnership documentation (proposal, concept note, collaboration framework, MoU draft support)
- Coordinate discussions, feedback loops, and follow-ups
- Manage the partnership process end-to-end from initiation to agreement readiness
Project 3: Employer Branding Project
Responsibilities:
- Interpret EVP into content themes and messaging
- Develop content plan and calendar (topics, formats, timeline)
- Generate content ideas and draft sample copy for various formats (social media, blog, internal comms)
- Create or coordinate simple visual assets
- Execute approved content plan, including copywriting, basic design, and formatting
- Track content execution progress and document outcomes
Requirements
Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (2nd year – final year)
- Preferably majoring in
Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, Management, or related fields
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience with recruitment, research, or project coordination (through coursework, student organizations, or competitions) is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
- Familiarity with HR tools, survey platforms, or basic documentation/design tools (Google Suite, Canva, Figma, Notion, etc.) is a plus
