  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security for various applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Administer and troubleshoot operating systems, including Linux and Windows Server, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Manage version control systems such as Git, GitHub, and Subversion, supporting development workflows and ensuring proper source code management.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation (CFN) to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the IT Infrastructure service delivery lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and maintenance of cloud environments.
  • Perform Problem and Incident Management by identifying root causes, resolving issues efficiently, and implementing preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure, analyze system metrics, and optimize resource utilization to maintain cost efficiency and system reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, including IAM configuration, access controls, compliance requirements, and vulnerability management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess a good understanding and skill set regarding cloud technologies, such as AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Possess a good understanding and skill set in programming languages, such as Python and Shell scripting.
  • Possess a good understanding and skill set regarding Operating Systems (OS), for example: Linux and Windows Server.
  • Possess a good understanding and skill set regarding version control systems, such as Git, GitHub, and Subversion.
  • Possess a good understanding and skill set regarding Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform and CFN (CloudFormation).
  • Possess a good understanding and skill set regarding the service delivery life cycle, especially in the area of IT Infrastructure.
  • Possess a good understanding of Problem and Incident Management frameworks/processes.
