pengalaman di bidang penjualan atau administrasi penjualan
menjadi nilai tambah. - Mampu
mengolah data dan membuat laporan penjualan
dengan baik (Excel/Google Sheets). - Memiliki kemampuan
komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
dengan pelanggan maupun tim internal. - Dapat bekerja dengan
target dan orientasi hasil (result oriented)
. - Mampu bekerja secara
individu maupun dalam tim
dengan koordinasi yang baik. - Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki tanggung jawab tinggi
dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan. - Memiliki
leadership dan inisiatif
untuk mendukung aktivitas tim sales. - Mampu berbahasa Inggris
(lisan dan tulisan) menjadi nilai lebih. - Untuk posisi tertentu (Sales Sparepart atau Sales Executive),
diutamakan memiliki pengetahuan teknis produk
seperti mesin, refrigerasi, atau peralatan industri.
TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA
- Melakukan kegiatan penjualan
produk atau layanan perusahaan untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. - Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
serta memberikan pelayanan purna jual yang memuaskan. - Menangani permintaan penawaran (quotation)
, pemesanan, serta tindak lanjut hingga proses penagihan dan pengiriman selesai. - Mendukung tim sales dan teknis
dalam penyusunan dokumen, presentasi, serta koordinasi jadwal dengan pelanggan. - Melakukan administrasi penjualan
seperti input data pesanan, laporan penjualan, dan update stok barang (terutama untuk sparepart). - Berkoordinasi dengan bagian internal
seperti logistik, purchasing, dan finance untuk kelancaran proses order. - Menganalisis tren pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan
untuk memberikan masukan kepada tim marketing atau manajemen. - Menjaga reputasi perusahaan
melalui sikap profesional dan pelayanan yang baik di setiap interaksi dengan pelanggan. - Mendukung kegiatan promosi atau pameran
sesuai arahan perusahaan. - Melaporkan kegiatan dan hasil kerja secara rutin
kepada atasan langsung.
