About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Staff (Plywood) to join our team at Korindo Group. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving the sale of our high-quality plywood products to customers across the region. This is a contract position based in our Jakarta Selatan office, offering the flexibility to work in a hybrid model between the office and remote.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Korindo Group's plywood products
  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring a positive experience
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective customers
  4. Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
  5. Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the plywood or building materials industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to win new business
  4. Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software to track and manage customer accounts
  5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
  6. Ambitious and driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
