Sales Lead in Bali

to help take our brand to the next level.

What You'll Do

As our Sales Lead, you'll be the face of one% nutrition in Bali. You'll build relationships, open new doors, and make sure our products are everywhere in retail, hospitality, gyms, cafés, and community spaces. If you're someone with strong sales instincts, local market knowledge, and a passion for health and wellness, this role might be for you

Your day-to-day:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow one% nutrition's presence in Bali.
  • Spot and secure new accounts across cafés, gyms, retail stores, co-working spaces, and more.
  • Manage and expand distribution points across Bali to ensure products are widely and consistently available.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and help them crush their sell-through goals.
  • Strengthen our brand presence across all touchpoints—visibility, merchandising, and on-ground representation.
  • Visit outlets regularly to make sure we look great and stay in stock.
  • Team up with marketing to bring fun activations, sampling events, and collaborations to life.
  • Track sales performance and share insights from the ground.
  • Help guide a small sales/merch team as we grow.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for healthy living, wellness, and consumer products.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (FMCG or beverage experience preferred).
  • Entrepreneur mentality — you take initiative, own your projects, and hustle like it's your own business.
  • Someone who knows Bali's F&B, retail, hospitality, and wellness scene.
  • A confident communicator who loves meeting new people and closing deals.
  • An independent and self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
  • Able to move around Bali with ease (motorbike/car).
  • Legal working rights in Indonesia (mandatory).
