What You Will Do
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, insights that drive business decisions and translate data insight into improvement initiatives
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Quick BI, Tableau, Excel to support Stakeholders present complex data in clear and actionable formats
- Collaborate with the data science team, product managers, business team, to understand their data requirements and translate thme into analytical requirements
- Implement monitoring and continuous improvement of content and merchandising management
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years working experience in a data & analytical role
- Strong analytical thinking, insights generating, and complex problem-solving skills using various improvement tools and methods, including SQL Tools eg: QuickBI,MaxCompute is a must
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present insight and information clearly and concisely
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- A confident communicator in verbal and written English
