About the Role

As a Data Analyst in the GoTo Financial E-commerce Lending team, you'll analyze GoPayLater user behavior across platforms and uncover growth opportunities that drive long-term user value. Your insights will directly influence business strategy and help shape the future of our lending products across the e-commerce ecosystem (including TTS and Tokopedia). If you're excited about building data-driven impact in a fast-growing lending space, this role is for you.

• • Understand and analyze GoPay Later and GoPay Pinjam user lifetime behavior on Toko/TT, identify growth strategy to have significant impact on user lifetime value
• Quantify and prioritize the business impact for implementation of growth opportunities identified, and able to translate data insights to executional actions.
• Collaborate with the Gojek/Gopay GTM team for cross-selling users to other use cases beyond ecommerce with LTV as main goal
• Work with product and risk teams team to understand the metrics and articulate the support needed to improve engagement and retention of users

• • 2+ years of hands-on experience on Business Intelligence analysis
• Familiar with SQL, Python and Tableau
• Good understanding of ecommerce business and lending products
• Good collaborative skill and stakeholder management, especially with mid-platform support functions such as product and risk.
• A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
