- Position Summary:

The Guest Service Agent serves as the face of the fitness and wellness club, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth front desk operations. This role involves greeting members and guests, assisting with inquiries and bookings, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their visit.

- Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, guest service, or hospitality role (fitness/wellness environment is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-minded approach.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using booking systems, POS, and basic office software.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
