yang terorganisir, komunikatif, dan siap turun langsung ke lapangan untuk memimpin pengembangan sistem informasi layanan kesehatan (SIMPUS D-CARE).

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengelola alur kerja tim teknis (dev, QA, UI/UX)
  • Menyusun dan memelihara backlog, sprint plan, dan board tugas tim teknis (Dev, QA, UI/UX)
  • Memimpin standup meeting harian
  • Menyusun dokumen kebutuhan sistem (requirement specification), termasuk alur proses dan field data
  • Melakukan komunikasi aktif dengan stakeholder Puskesmas, Dinkes, maupun mitra lainnya
  • Berkoordinasi langsung dengan founder dan seluruh anggota tim
  • Hadir onsite (Puskesmas) bila dibutuhkan untuk proses UAT, pelatihan, atau observasi kerja lapangan

Kualifikasi

  • Pengalaman sebagai PM/PO/Koordinator teknis minimal 1 tahun
  • Terbiasa dengan workflow Agile/Scrum atau Kanban
  • Mampu menggunakan tools seperti Slack, Trello, Notion, GitHub Projects, atau Jira
  • Mampu memahami kebutuhan teknis dev dan UI/UX (tidak harus bisa coding)
  • Mampu menyusun dokumen kebutuhan sistem yang runtut dan mudah dipahami
  • Komunikatif, proaktif, dan rapi dalam dokumentasi
  • Berdomisili Makassar / bersedia hadir onsite bila dibutuhkan
  • Pengalaman di proyek digital layanan kesehatan adalah nilai tambah
