Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop policies, processes, and guidelines to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks,
  • Establish credit risk assessment models and underwriting guidelines,
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance and adjust risk policies as needed,
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in operational processes,
  • Implement internal controls to minimize risks related to platform operations,
  • Work closely with compliance teams to maintain regulatory reporting and audits,
  • Monitor market trends and macroeconomic factors impacting the lending platform,
  • Develop stress-testing models to assess portfolio resilience,
  • Collaborate with technology teams to strengthen cybersecurity measure,
  • Continuously improve risk assessment methodologies based on market trends,
  • Work with product, finance, legal, and tech teams to align risk strategies,
  • Engage with investors, regulators, and partners to manage external risks, and educate internal teams on risk awareness and best practices,
  • Develop contingency plans for crisis scenarios (e.g., economic downturns, defaults).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or Information Technology,
  • Relevant Professional certifications are preferred, such as:

  • FRM (Financial Risk Manager)

  • CRMP (Certified Risk Management Professional),

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit in P2P lending, fintech, banking, or financial services. Experienced in managing credit, operational, and technology risks, especially in digital lending or fintech platforms. Experienced in managing regulations and compliance with POJK and AFPI,

  • Proficient in the use of SQL, Python, or R for risk modelling and data analysis,
  • Understand Machine Learning techniques for credit scoring (value added),
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking in managing risk in fintech companies. Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, regulators, and other stakeholders. Experience leading risk management teams and working closely with IT, legal, compliance, and finance,
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels,
  • Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
