Responsibilities

About The team

We are looking for a proactive Training & Quality Specialist to design and deliver operational training, monitor training effectiveness and SOP implementation in the field, and manage training administration and reporting. This role supports continuous improvement by strengthening workforce capability, ensuring consistent operational standards, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance service quality and performance.

Job Descriptions:

- Designing and delivering operational training

- Measuring training effectiveness and ensuring SOP implementation in the field

- Preparing training reports, managing trainee databases, and providing recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong public speaking and communication skills.

- Ability to design training evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

- Willingness to work mobile, including visits to warehouses, hubs, drop points, and distribution centers.

- Proficient in data creation, analysis, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in logistics operations (warehouse, transportation, last-mile delivery, supply chain).
