About the Role

We're seeking a highly driven and experienced TikTok Shop Lead to drive sales, boost brand visibility, and manage e-commerce strategies for Tentang Anak's TikTok shop, overseeing marketing campaigns, collaborations, trend analysis, and team management.

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed TikTok shop sales targets
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data, identify and capitalize on trends and opportunities within the TikTok platform that align with the brand's objectives
  3. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the TikTok shop
  4. Collaborate with other departments to address any operational challenges and streamline processes
  5. Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of TikTok Shop initiatives and campaigns
  6. Build and manage partnerships with TikTok and stay updated on platform updates and offerings

Requirements

  1. Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, with a specific focus on TikTok Shop
  2. Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithms, trends, and user behavior
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive sales strategy
  4. Exceptional creative and communication skills, with the ability to oversee engaging content.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
