Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Marketing Team (Jakarta Area) member will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives. Additionally, the role involves fostering strong communication with customers and providing excellent customer service. Collaborating with the team, the candidate will contribute to campaigns, analyze trends, and ensure a positive experience for clients and learners.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and respond effectively to inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and ability to analyze trends and identify target audiences.
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy development and Sales to design and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for marketing and outreach is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the trading or financial education industry is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
