Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication in the target language(s).
  • Fluent in english (a plus).
  • Clear diction, lively tone, and expressive personality on camera.
  • Ability to improvise and think quickly during live interactions.
  • Skilled at storytelling and making products sound exciting and relatable.
  • Comfortable interacting with live audiences (reading comments, answering questions).
  • Understand each brand's unique selling points and positioning.
  • Quick learner who can absorb product details and communicate benefits clearly.
  • Ability to handle multiple brands without confusing or mixing up information.
  • Familiarity with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live & Shopee Live).
  • Confident, charismatic, and camera-friendly.
  • Quick thinker — able to handle unexpected situations or technical issues.
  • Professional and reliable, with good time management and teamwork skills.
  • A portfolio or sample livestream/video often helps when applying.

Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Engage the audience with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity.

2.⁠ ⁠Introduce multiple brands and their products clearly, ensuring each brand receives fair and accurate representation.

3.⁠ ⁠Demonstrate product features (use, quality, benefits, etc.) in a relatable and persuasive way.

4.⁠ ⁠Maintain a smooth flow throughout the live, transitioning naturally between different brands.

5.⁠ ⁠Handle Q&A sessions, respond to viewer comments, and keep the energy consistent.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠Use effective call-to-actions (CTAs) to encourage purchases or engagement.

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Track live engagement metrics (viewers, comments, likes, conversions).
