Responsible for day-to-day assistance trainer on Social Media & E-Commerce Marketplace to monitor host live performance.
- Assist in conducting live training sessions, workshops, and webinars focused on product knowledge, livestreaming techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the training team to create engaging and informative training materials for livestream hosts.
- Co-Hosting and backup host. Build interaction and a passionate atmosphere to engage the audience.
- Set a strategy to maintain host performance, such as directing the host when doing promotions to create interesting sales gimmicks such as prices will be increased, stock is almost running out.
- Observe livestream sessions and provide constructive feedback to hosts to improve their performance and viewer engagement.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and contribute to training strategy adjustments.
- Graduates of at least high school, currently in college and have graduated are also welcome. (Having experience as a Livestream Host and Sales is preferred)
- Have good taste and knowledge about Beauty, Skin Care & Cosmetology, as well as good sensitivity in terms of aesthetics.
- Confidently active communication & teamwork skills. Enjoy working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Willing to work 5 days/week with midnight shift hours
- Skills required: Communication and Service Excellence.
- Willing to be place at Kino Tower, Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan.
