About the role

Kapasan Oriental Express Travel and Services is seeking a dedicated and driven Visa Staff to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. In this contract position, you will play a critical role in processing and managing visa applications for our valued clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and processing visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
  2. Liaising with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to obtain necessary visa approvals
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns throughout the visa application process
  4. Maintaining detailed records and tracking the status of visa applications
  5. Assisting with the preparation and submission of visa application packages
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and requirements
  7. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient visa processing workflow

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a visa processing or client service role, preferably in the travel industry (fresh graduates or Poly Students are also welcomed)
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and authorities
  4. Familiarity with visa application requirements and procedures for various countries
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
  6. Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  7. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
