Job Description

We are looking for an experienced English Teacher who is enthusiastic about early literacy and has strong classroom management skills. The ideal candidate should be able to teach phonics effectively and build meaningful connections with young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Teach English reading and writing to children yrs old) using a phonics-based.
  • Create engaging, student-centered classroom activities.
  • Monitor and report student progress to management.
  • Maintain clasroom discipline and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to improve quality and learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2* - 4 years of experience teaching* young children (preschool or early primary)
  • Strong understanding of phonics recognition and application
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Cheerful, energetic, and friendly personality
  • Passionate, patient, and comitted to students' growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or English is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang Serpong Area
