What You'll Do

As our R&D Intern, you'll be part of the team that develops new healthy food products from concept to prototype. You will:

  • Experiment & Innovate
    Help create new recipes and product prototypes — from healthy snacks to functional foods.
  • Try out new ingredients, flavors, and formulations.
  • Assist in lab-scale testing and product trials.
  • Taste, Test & Improve
    Participate in sensory evaluations (yes, tasting is part of the job).
  • Analyze texture, taste, and appearance to refine product quality.
  • Support shelf-life testing and food quality checks.
  • Bring Ideas to Life
    Join pilot-scale production to see how your creations work in real manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, and Marketing teams to turn ideas into actual products.
  • Learn & Document
    Record experiment results and help prepare simple reports.
  • Assist with updating SOPs and R&D databases.
