IT Costing Specialist

Job Descriptions:
- Receive and process requests from the Business Manager team regarding project requirements
- Perform initial calculations of required man-days and project cost estimation
- Coordinate with presales and support teams to collect necessary data for accurate estimation
- Prepare initial estimation reports and submit them to the Manager for further evaluation
- Support and oversee the tender process, including initial analysis, proposal preparation, and technical clarifications
- Assist in preparing pricing proposals and related tender documents
- Develop a basic understanding of IT products and services, including network infrastructure, security infrastructure, and system integration processes
- Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure accurate data collection and information flow for cost analysis
- Experience in IT pre-sales will be an advantage
- Willing to work under a third-party contract scheme
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
