Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an In-store Sales Specialist & Admin located in Kuta/Legian. The role involves assisting customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting sales in-store. Responsibilities include managing store inventory, maintaining product displays, and handling administrative tasks such as processing transactions and updating records. The specialist will also offer product training to customers when required and contribute to overall sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
  • Sales expertise and a track record of achieving targets, with the ability to effectively assist and persuade customers
  • Skills in Training and Sales to guide customers and optimize the in-store experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for managing inventory and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with retail software systems
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
