Jobdesk :

  1. Collaborate with Business Analysts and key users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.

  2. Design, build, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.

  3. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel) and other systems like Dataverse, Salesforce, or Azure.

  4. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain apps, flows, and reports.

  5. Support testing phases (Functional Testing, UAT) and resolve defects or issues quickly.

  6. Prepare clear technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

  7. Provide technical support during hypercare and ongoing BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations.

  8. Work collaboratively with global teams, including the Power CoE (Centre of Excellence) and Global Product & Platform teams.

Qualification:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  2. Proven experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.

  3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  4. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).

  5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

  6. Experience in FMCG environments is a strong plus
