Pancake is a modern, fast-growing SaaS platform that helps businesses manage all customer conversations - from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and more - in one smart, unified dashboard.

After 4 years in Indonesia, we've built a strong client base and solid brand presence. Now, we're ready to scale up fast - and we're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who can drive Pancake's next stage of growth in Indonesia.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:4-6 years in marketing - ideally in SaaS, technology, or digital products. Proven experience in lead generation and community-led growth.
  • Market Knowledge:- Deep understanding of Indonesia's digital landscape, SMEs, and e-commerce ecosystem.- Ability to work with and grow communities and coaches relevant to SMEs and the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Skills:-Strategic yet hands-on: you can plan big and execute fast.- Strong with social media and event/partnership marketing.- Creative thinker with analytical insight (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards)- Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Language: Fluent in Bahasa and English.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Market Growth: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to grow Pancake's presence and reputation across Indonesia.
  • Generate Qualified Leads: Plan, launch, and execute marketing campaigns (CTWA ads, social media, events, partnerships) that attract high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Create Local Impact: Generate leads via Community and Training engagements.
  • Own Events & Partnerships: Lead and manage on-ground events, webinars, and collaborations with key partners (especially Meta, TikTok, and local tech players).
  • Localize Content & Brand: Translate global marketing messages into local, engaging storytelling - keeping Pancake's voice modern, authentic, and relevant to Indonesian audiences.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track and analyse marketing performance, share actionable insights, and push for creative yet data-driven improvements.
